The apartment is close to the wel known viennese sign St. Stevens Cathedral (Stephansdom) in the so called "Franziskanerviertel".


The subwaystation U1 "Stephansplatz" can be reached in 5 minutes of walking. The subwaystations U3 "Stubentor" and U4 "Stadtpark" can be reached in a max. of 10 minutes. The tramwaylines 1 and 2, called "Ringlinien" because they drive around the inner city are close by. The tramway is the best choice to reach many objects of interest such as the Staatsoper (State Opera), Burgtheater or Hofburg (Imperial Palace).

Attractions and Points of Interest:

The Konzerthaus is just 5 minutes away - that is a good change to take a walk to the beautiful Stadtpark with its well known Strauss-Memorial.

The Ronacher, one of the best known places for Musicals in Vienna is just a few meters away from the apartment.

The pedestrian area that can be used to get to St. Stevens Cathedral, Hofburg and Opera is neary by (5 minutes of walking).

The Inner City is the cultural and gastronomic center of Vienna. Countless restaurants, taverns (f.ex. "Gasthaus zu den vier Hacken", "Immervoll", "Plachutta" u.v.a.), cafés and bars are in the neighbourhood of the apartment.

Equipment and Description

Consisting of a small entrance room, a roomy sleeping / living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom (with bath tub and toilet) the apartment is suitable for up to 2 adults or 2 adults + 1 child.

The apartment is completly furnished including Cabel-TV, a HiFi-set. a microwave, a coffeemachine, an iron and all cooking utilities. Of course we provide bedlinen, tablecloth and towels.

The temperature is regulated via a underfloor heating (tiled floor) and the windows have electric blinds.

Cookware, plates and dishes are available. So you do not have to take anything special with you.

90 Euro/Night (Minimum stay 3 nights)

Of course you will find at your arrival in the apartment fresh bedlinen, towels and a basic equipment of toilet paper and soap. For reservations of 3 weeks or more you will get a intermediate cleaning every other week (change of bedlinen and towels included). Weekly cleaning available for an extra fee.

In our prices are all taxes, final cleaning and the usage of the internet connection included. So you will have no extra costs!
