The Praterstreet (Praterstraße) is the Heart of the 2nd district, which is also called Leopoldsstadt, and connects the traffic junction Praterstern with the historical old town. You can find a wide variety of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The apartment is just 2 minutes away from the subwaystation Praterstern (U1). Praterstern is an important traffic junction for the public transport with stations of the subway U1, the railways S1, S2, S3, the tramways O and 21 and various busses. The 2nd district is well known for its recreation areas. You live just 500m away from the most famous viennese recreation are - the Prater - and about 1km from the beautiful Augarten.

With the subwayline U1 exists a very good connection to the inner city via public transport. If you prefer walking, you can reach the historical center in around 20 minutes..

Equipment and Description:

The apartment is located on the 6th floor (elevator available) of a big corner house at Praterstern. The apartment has the convenient size of more than 90m2 and is very light because of its south-west position. This accomodation is suitable for up to 6 persons with beds or pull-out couches in 3 different rooms.

A central corridor allows the access to all rooms. If you turn right at the entrance there is one sleeping room with a doublebed and a pull-out couch with a connection door to the living room. Of course the living room is reachable via the corridor too. The living room is quite roomy with its 2 sofas and a pull-out couch, a big wardrobe, a working desk and a television-set (40 channels). The apartment has broadband internet access via WiFi (WLAN) or Ethernet.

The only room on the left side of the corridor is the second sleeping room facing to the courtyard with a doublebed and another wardrobe.

The toilet and the bathroom are splited in 2 seperated rooms. The bathroom has a mirror, a washbasin, a shower and a washing machine. Das Badezimmer verfügt über Spiegel, Waschbecken, Dusche und eine Waschmaschine. Of course you we provide an iron, an iron board and a clotheshorse too.

The kitchen is designed as an eat-in kitchen with a dining table for 6 persons. In this kitchen you will find all the comfort you have at home too - a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster and a coffeemachine are the equipment.

Price:

85 Euro/Night (Minimum stay 3 nights; price for 2 persons)

510 Euro/Week (price for 2 persons)

Every other person (only regards daily/weekly rates) is charged 15 Euro/night.

Of course you will find at your arrival in the apartment fresh bedlinen, towels and a basic equipment of toilet paper and soap. For reservations of 3 weeks or more you will get a intermediate cleaning every other week (change of bedlinen and towels included). Weekly cleaning available for an extra fee.

In our prices are all taxes, final cleaning and the usage of the internet connection included. So you will have no extra costs!
