The Magdalenenstrasse is a small one-way street in 6th district called Mariahilf. Traffic is very little and busstop (Line 13A) is just on the opposite of the house. Although it is quiet and calm you have a good connection to public transport with the subwayline U4 (station Pilgramgasse) and the subwayline U3 (station Neubaugasse). In walking distance is the Naschmarkt, Viennas famous market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetable from all over the world. Next to the stores are many small restaurants which offer everything from sushi, kebap to tradtional viennes food. The Theater an der Wien, the best place for Musicals in Vienna, is next to Naschmarkt.

The 6th district is well known for its living youth culture around Mariahilferstreet, which is Viennas biggest shopping street. In around 10 minutes of walking you can reach this always crowded street. In walking distance you can also find the Cinema Center "Apollo" and the Museum "Haus des Meeres".

The first district with the historical center can be reached with the subway in 5-10 minutes or you take a walk which takes you around 20 minutes to Heldenplatz or the Opera house.

Equipment and Description:

The apartment is located in an apartment house on the ground floor (windows on the courtyard side). The apartment provides enough space for longer journeys with a size of more than 75m2. It is designed for a booking of up to 6 persons.



The living room is the center of the flat, because it offers access to the sleeping rooms, the entrance room, the kitchen and the terrace. Beside the dining table you find a big wardrobe with a mirror, a pull-out couch and a television with cable connection (40 channels) and a DVD-player. The apartment has a free internet access via Ethernet or WiFi (WLAN).



The kitchen is completly equipped and ready to use - you just need to buy food. The equipment consists of a fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a coffeemachine and a toaster. All necessary cooking untilities (plates, cutlery, pots, ...) are in the apartment.



The toilet and the bathroom are in 2 seperated rooms. The bathroom is roomy and is equipped with a big mirror, a washbasin, a bath tube and a washing machine. Of course you we provide an iron, an iron board and a clotheshorse too.

The apartment provides 2 sleeping room. Sleeping room 1 has a queensize (160cm) double bed and a commode. Sleeping room 2 can only be accessed from the other one and has two single beds and a big wardrobe with enough space for a longer stay. If required we can provide a cot for your small child for free.



Price:

75 Euro/Night (Minimum stay 3 nights; price for 2 persons)

450 Euro/week (price for 2 persons)

Of course you will find at your arrival in the apartment fresh bedlinen, towels and a basic equipment of toilet paper and soap. For reservations of 3 weeks or more you will get a intermediate cleaning every other week (change of bedlinen and towels included). Weekly cleaning available for an extra fee.
