To secure your reservation we need a pre-payment of 30% of the total agreed price. This payment can be done by</p><p /><ul><li>bank transfer (IBAN/BIC)</li><li>creditcard (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)</li></ul><p /><p>The remaining amount has to be paid upon arrival in cash or by creditcard.</p><h3>Cancellation:</h3><p /><ul><li>The Guest may rescind the Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without being liable to pay a cancellation fee. An already paid Pre-Payment will be transfered back to the Guest.</li></ul><p /><p>Outside the period specified above the Party may only rescind the Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees:</p><p /><ul><li>30% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival;</li><li>70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival;</li><li>90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival.</li></ul><p /><p>In case of a  cancellation with costs th guests gets a coupon in the amount of 30% of the total agreed price (valid 1 year).</p><p>An already paid Pre-Payment reduces the cancellation fee.
