not find hundreds of accomodations, but you can be 100% sure that we personally take care of every apartment and try our best to make your stay in Vienna something memorable!

Every self-catering apartment we offer is unique regarding equipment, location, size and price. So we try our best to give you as much information about every apartment as possible. If there still remains any question, do not hesitate to contact us.

APARTMENTVienna City Flats provides fully furnished apartments, ready to use, in typical Viennese Apartment Buildings. You can stay in a classical empire-style building of the 19th century or in a modern 90ies building - it is up to you. We provide ground floor apartments with small garden, apartments with balkony and roof-top apartments.

The apartments are self-catering apartments, which means they are fully furnished and include everything you need to settle in. BUT we do not provide anything you would typically see in a hotel such as daily cleaning, breakfast or a concierge. That is part of our concept - we want you to live in Vienna like a typical Viennese. So your neighbour is no tourist or guest, but inhabitant of Vienna. Vienna City Flats is no hotel, alltough you won´t miss anything in your apartment.

What we are not:

Vienna City Flats is no hotel. We do not have a reception desk at any of our apartments and we do not provide services such as breakfast or daily cleaning.

We do provide modern, fully equipped apartments for short and longterm rental for relocation, internship, study visits and your holiday in Vienna.

For long term rentals we offer some apartments at special rates. Apartment Max Winter Platz is a good choice for any single person that stays in Vienna for
several weeks or longer. When you come to Vienna with your family you may have a look at the apartments at Praterstrasse78 or Magdalenenstrasse.

We offer apartments from 33 - 100m2, from studio to 3 bedrooms, from 50 euro/night to 2100 euro/month. I am sure you will FIND the PERFECT APARTMENT for YOUR STAY!

With the subwayline U1 exists a very good connection to the inner city via public transport. If you prefer walking, you can reach the historical center in around 20 minutes. The apartment has a convenient size of more than 90m2 and is very light because of its view to the south-west. With beds in 3 different rooms the apartment is suitable for up ro 6 persons. This apartment is located in the 6th district which is well known for its youth and culture scene. Viennas most famous market, the Naschmarkt and the Theater an der Wien are in walking distance. A busstop (line 13A) is just opposite of the house and the subwaystations U4 Pilgramgasse and U3 Neubaugasse are very near. If you prefer walking, you can reach the historical center in around 20 minutes. The apartment has a convenient size of about 75m2 and is very calm because the windows are on the courtyard side. The Rotensterngasse is in the 2nd district (Leopoldsstadt) and connects the 2 shopping streets Praterstraße and Taborstraße with each other. Via the subwayline U1 you have a good connection to the historical old town. Alternativley you can reach the historical center by walking in about 20 minutes. The apartment has a size of around 50m2 with a small anteroom, a big kitchen, a combined living/sleeping room and a bathroom with a toilet, a shoewr and a washing machine. In the roomy living/sleeping room is a kingsize doublebed, a cozy couch, a TV-set (40 channels) and a WiFi-Internetaccess (via Ethernet or WiFi/WLAN).

The apartment Marksteinergasse is located outside the center near the highway A22 (exit Strebersdorf) and the railwaystation Strebersdorf. The center can be reached in 15 minutes by car or 25 minutes by train. Booking and Cancellation Conditions

booking:

We accept requests/bookings via our website, e-mail, telephone and fax. To secure your reservation we need a pre-payment of 30% of the total agreed price. This payment can be done by

bank transfer (IBAN/BIC)
creditcard (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

The remaining amount has to be paid upon arrival in cash or by creditcard.

Cancellation:

The Guest may rescind the Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without being liable to pay a cancellation fee. An already paid Pre-Payment will be transfered back to the Guest.

Outside the period specified above the Party may only rescind the Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees:

30% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival;
70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival;
90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival.

In case of a cancellation with costs th guests gets a coupon in the amount of 30% of the total agreed price (valid 1 year).

An already paid Pre-Payment reduces the cancellation fee. The agreed price to calculate the cancellation fee cannot exceed the monthly price of the booked Apartment.

In case of doubt the german text is binding.
