The St. Stevens Plaza (Stephansplatz) can be reached in 5 minutes of walking and provides a perfect connection to public transport (subwaylines U1 + U3, bus 1A, sightseeing buslines).

Just around the corner in Domgasse is the newMozart House Vienna, a museum of the famous austrian composer, located. THE sign of Vienna, St. Stevens Cathedral, can be reached in just 3-5 minutes of walking.

To find recreation after a hard day of sightseeing you can visit on of the various restaurant and taverns in the neigbourhood or you take a walk in the Stadtpark, which is just 5 minutes away from the apartment.

Equipment and Description:

The apartment 3 is with its 55m2 the biggest City Flat in the Gruenangergasse. After the entrance room is the kitchen with a door on the left side to the toilet and bathroom and another door on the right side to the roomy living room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a sink, a stove, a toaster, a watercooker and a coffeemachine. We provide all cooking utilities such as dishes, plates and cookware.

For the right holiday feeling the bathroom is very room with a marble floor and a very big bath tub. With the foldable wall you can use it as a shower too. Opposite to the bath tube is an exclusive washing basin with a big mirror. The toilet is in the bathroom is a seperated area. A washing machine makes the apartment perfect for longer stays or a stay with your family.

The living room with windows on 2 sides is a successful mixture between classic and modern furniture. In the middle of the room is the dining table for 4 persons, a small working desk is at one of the windows. A pull-out couch with a coffee table is in the left back corner with a good view to the trinitron television set with cable-connection (40 channels). Internet access is provided via a WiFi-Connection (WLAN, WPA-PSK).

The sleeping room has a kingsize double bed and a view to the green courtyard. A big wardrobe gives enough space for longer stays too.

115 Euro/Night (Minimum stay 3 nights; price for 2 persons)

700 Euro/Week (price for 2 persons)

Every other person (only regards daily/weekly rates) is charged 15 Euro/night.

Of course you will find at your arrival in the apartment fresh bedlinen, towels and a basic equipment of toilet paper and soap. For reservations of 3 weeks or more you will get a intermediate cleaning every other week (change of bedlinen and towels included). Weekly cleaning available for an extra fee.

In our prices are all taxes, final cleaning and the usage of the internet connection included. So you will have no extra costs!
