The apartment Ballgasse is located in the heart of the inner city close to St. Stevens Cathedral (Stephansdom), the sign of Vienna, in a small , traffic-free lane. St. Stevens Plaza (Stephansplatz) is just 5 minutes away and provides a good connection to public transport (subwaylines U1 + U3, bus 1A and a sightseeing-bus station).

The well known Kärnterstraße with its various stores is just around the corner. THE viennese sign, St. Stevens Cathedral (Stephansdom), is just 5 minutes of walking away.

In one of the restaurants or taverns in the neighbourhood or in the near by Stadtpark you can relax and recover from your work / a hard day of sightseeing.

Equipment and Description:

Apartment Ballgasse is with a size of ca. 80m2 our biggest apartment in the viennese inner city. After the entrance room you are in the kitchen with a corridor in the left side to the toilet and the bathroom and a short corridor in the right side to the living room and the sleeping room. The kitchen is made of solid wood and is equipped with a fridge, a stove, an oven, a sink, a toaster, a watercooker and a coffeemachine.

In the bathroom are 2 washbasins, so there should be no crowd in the bathroom during your stay. Behind the basins is the bath tube with a shower curtain. The toilet is aside in a seperate room. The washing machine is integrated in the kitchen.

The apartment is from the kitchen to the living area and further on to the sleeping area designed in an open way. The double bed is seperated from the living area with a partition. The furniture in the living room is a successful mixture between antique and modern furniture. In the living area it is the modern pull-out couch that creates a good opposite to the dignified, old coffee table. At the working desk is a broadband internet connection and a television with cable-connection (40 channels).

The sleeping area is equipped with a kingsize double bed (200*180 cm) and has 2 windows to the small, traffic-free lane.

Price:

138 Euro/Night (Minimum stay 3 nights; price for 2 persons)

828 Euro/Week (price for 2 persons)

Monthly rate at request.

Every other person (only regards daily/weekly rates) is charged 15 Euro/night.

Of course you will find at your arrival in the apartment fresh bedlinen, towels and a basic equipment of toilet paper and soap. For reservations of 3 weeks or more you will get a intermediate cleaning every other week (change of bedlinen and towels included). Weekly cleaning available for an extra fee.

In our prices are all taxes, final cleaning and the usage of the internet connection included. So you will have no extra costs!
