The Praterstreet (Praterstraße) is the Heart of the 2nd district, which is also called Leopoldsstadt, and connects the traffic junction Praterstern with the historical old town. You can find a wide variety of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The apartment is just 2 minutes away from the subwaystation Praterstern (U1). Praterstern is an important traffic junction for the public transport with stations of the subway U1, the railways S1, S2, S3, the tramways O and 21 and various busses. The 2nd district is well known for its recreation areas. You live just 500m away from the most famous viennese recreation are - the Prater - and about 1km from the beautiful Augarten. The apartment has a size of more than 60m2, is located on the 4th floor (elevator in the house) and is very light. It is designed for up to 4 persons. The big living room is the spotlight of our apartment. Beside the dining table you find a working desk, a HiFi-set, a pull-out couch and a TV-set (Satellite-connection, 40 channels), a video recorder and a DVD-player.

With the subwayline U1 exists a very good connection to the inner city via public transport. If you prefer walking, you can reach the historical center in around 20 minutes.

Equipment and Description:

The apartment is located in an apartment house on th 4th floor (elevator existent). The apartment has a convenient size of more than 60m2 and is very light. It is designed for a booking of up to 4 people.

The big living room is the center of the flat. Beside the dining table you find a working desk, a HiFi-set, a pull-out couch and a television with satellite connection (40 channels), video recorder and DVD-player. The apartment has a free internet access via Ethernet or WiFi (WLAN).

The kitchen is integrated in the big living room and is completly equipped. The equipment consists of a fridge, a stove with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. All necessary cooking untilities (plates, cutlery, pots, ...) are in the apartment.

The toilet and the bathroom are in 2 seperated rooms. The bathroom is roomy and is equipped with a big mirror, a washbasin, a bath tub and a washing machine. Of course you we provide an iron, an iron board and a clotheshorse too.

The sleeping room has enough storage for a longer stay. The doublebed is kingsize. if required we can provide a cot for your small child for free.

Price:

65 Euro/Night (Minimum stayt 3 nights; price for 2 persons)

390 Euro/week (price for 2 persons)

Of course you will find at your arrival in the apartment fresh bedlinen, towels and a basic equipment of toilet paper and soap. For reservations of 3 weeks or more you will get a intermediate cleaning every other week (change of bedlinen and towels included). Weekly cleaning available for an extra fee.

In our prices are all taxes, final cleaning and the usage of the internet connection included. So you will have no extra costs!
