The Marksteinergasse is located in the 21st district near of Strebersdorf which is well known for its "Heurigen" (a viennese wine tavern). The Heurigen is a special kind of restaurant where a farmer offers its own wine and some meals to hikers. The next ones are about 15 minutes of walking away from the apartment.The apartment is in the same building as the office of Vienna City Flats in an area where many well-known firms have their offices such as Siemens or Alcatel.

You have a good connection to public transport via the railway (5 minutes of walking), the bus 33B and the tramway nr. 26. With the railway you can reach the edge of the inner city in ca. 25 minutes. All around the house you can park for free. The next highway A22 is just 3 minutes by car and so you can reach the inner city by car in 15 minutes. In the neighbourhood (max. 10 minutes of walking) is a supermarket, a bank and a chinese restaurant. Every morning at 09:00 am comes the car of "Schmankerlparadies" where you can buy fresh cookies just in front of the house.

Heurigen

Description and Equipment:

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (elevator available) with the windows to the backside. The size of the apartment is around 50m2 and consists of a combined sleeping/living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet. The apartment is designed for up to 4 persons.

The kitchen provides everything that you need to live far away from home. Beside of a stove it has a fridge, a toaster, a water cooker and a coffeemachine. Designed as a business apartment the kitchen can be hidden throuch a fliptop case. In this room is the dining table with an extendable des. In the kitchen you will find all needed cooking utilities such as pots, plates and dishes.



The combined living/sleeping room is very light because of windows on 2 sides of the room. A big wardrobe with a mirror provides enough space for a longer stay. Next to the pul-out couch is a 20" TV-Set with satellite connection and a DVD-Player. A queensize bed (160 cm)completes the furniture of this room. If you wish the pull-out couch can be placed in the kitchen too. A internet connection via WiFi (WLAN) is provided for free.




The bathroom consists of a toilet, a washing basin and a shower.Beside the bathroom is a washing machine. Daneben befindet sich eine Waschmaschine. Of course you we provide an iron, an iron board and a clotheshorse too.



The apartment Marksteinergasse is designed as a business apartment for temporary employment abroad or as a cheap holiday accomodation for people who want to see more from Vienna as just the historical center.

1000 Euro/month

Of course you will find at your arrival in the apartment fresh bedlinen, towels and a basic equipment of toilet paper and soap. For reservations of 3 weeks or more you will get a intermediate cleaning every other week (change of bedlinen and towels included). Weekly cleaning available for an extra fee.

In our prices are all taxes, final cleaning and the usage of the internet connection included. So you will have no extra costs!
