The apartments
The Vienna City Flats are part of a historical house of Biedermeier in calm location in the city centre only 200 m away from the St. Stephan's Cathedral. Each flat is modern and comfortably equipped. There are marble floors in the bathroom and parquet floors in the other rooms.
In each flat is a telephone mainline and a broadband internet access, a microwave, cooking and dinner sets, a washing machine, a cable TV, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, fresh bedding and towels.
For bigger families the apartments can be combined up to 145 m2.
Apartment 1:
Size: 43 m2 
There you can find a noble bathroom with marble flatstones, a bath tub and a separate room for the toilet. In the living and bedroom there are a double bed, an extendable sofa, a wardrobe and a glass cabinet. In addition you can curl up on a comfortable corner seating unit and watch TV or have you dinner which you have prepared in the kitchenette. There are also a comfortable and extendable sofa and a broadband internet connection.
Apartment 2:
In apartment 2 you'll find a sofa in the foyer, a chest of drawers with a mirror, a dining table with seats and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. In the bath room are a shower and a toilet. In the bed room is a king-size bed and an extendable sofa. You could also connect your laptop to our broadband internet connection to surf on the internet or recall your e-mails.
Apartment 3:
Size: 55 m2
In apartment 3 there is a kitchen in a separate room near the entrance. In the bathroom is a toilet and a big bath tub in the corner to relax. In the living room you'll find a chest of drawers with a huge mirror, a dining table with seats, a big extendable sofa and a desk. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, a wardrobe and bedside tables. In this apartment is also a broadband internet connection to surf on the internet or recall your e-mails.
Apartment Praterstrasse:
Apartment Praterstrasse is in the 2nd district, very close to the city center. Via the traffic junction Praterstern (100m away) you can reach Stephansdom within 5-7 minutes. If you need time to relax you find the Prater a big forest within Vienna very near to the apartment.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and can be reached by elevator. It has about 60 m2 and is very bright. In the big living room you find a big couch, SAT-TV, Hi-fi System and a big desk for your work. The kitchen of the apartment is fully equipped with a fridge, cooker, microwave and all cooking utilities.
The bathroom is quite big and new. You even find a washing machine!
